To make your stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible, please take a moment to go through a few important guidelines:
*Hot Shower Use*
For your comfort, the water boiler is located outside in the laundry area. Kindly switch it on 15 minutes before your shower using the wall socket, and turn it off once the water reaches around 45°C. This helps us maintain efficient energy use and avoid overconsumption.
*No Smoking Policy*
We observe a strict no smoking policy at Querencia. Smoke detectors are installed and will alert the host in case of any smoke. Your cooperation ensures a clean, safe, and fresh environment for all.
*Care with Utensils and Cutlery*
Please handle all utensils and cutlery with care. Any breakages or damages may result in a penalty and attract prosecution, in accordance with hosting platform guidelines.
*TV Use*
To turn on the TV, first press the red power switch on the power regulator under the TV stand, then use the remote to operate. Enjoy your favorite shows and local content at your leisure.
*Check-Out Reminder*
Kindly ensure all lights and electrical switches are turned off when checking out. It helps us conserve energy and prepare the space for the next guest.
*Laundry Services*
Should you require use of the laundry area or washing machine, please let us know — this service is available upon request.
*Linen & Towel Use*
We provide clean, fresh linens and towels for your comfort. Please use them responsibly. Any stains, sanitary waste, or misuse of linen, towels, or furniture will attract a cleaning fee and may be reported to the hosting authority.
